Wheel Kings Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement and any changes shall be void unless such changes are expressed and stated at the booking stage or any correspondence sent following your initial appointment.
1. You agree to pay for the services carried between you and the wheel kings.
2. It is your responsibility to ensure the booking and any documentation between both parties are correct.
3. Vehicles must be supplied with locking wheel nut keys where applicable and tool kit for removing wheels.
4. Vehicles must be fully insured by your insurance company whilst left on our premises.
5. We the wheel kings shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to goods or personal belongings left in your vehicle or any mechanical fault such as flat battery etc caused whilst in the possession of the wheel kings.we will not accept liability for any structural damage to the wheels due to pre-existing costs.
6. Due to data protection you must ensure all recording equipment such as dash cameras MUST be switched off whilst on our premises.
7. The wheel kings shall not be responsible for any direct loss or damage suffered by you for any direct loss or damage suffered by you as a result of any negligence in excess of the price paid for the services.
8. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all tyres conform to all safety and legal requirements.
9. The customer will be required to check the wheel nuts upon collection of your vehicle.
10. If new valves are not fitted and existing ones used we do not accept responsibility for leaks etc.
11. Be aware that high gloss finishes may show blemishes and cannot GUARENTEE a perfect finish as this will be dependent on the wheel condition.
12. We reserve the right to charge extra for unforeseen problems but will communicate prior to carrying out work.
13. Unless other arrangements have been made and agreed all payments must be made in full upon completion of the repair.
14. Vehicles will not be released until cleared funds are in the wheel kings account.
15. You will be responsible for the vehicle once collected from the wheel kings.
16. Any complaints are to be sent in writing or emailed within 48 hours of vehicle collection addressed to Customer Services.
17. The wheel kings reserve the right to revise or amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
18. Deposits paid are non-refundable if you fail to show up on your booking date.
