Within a 10 mile range from our garage we also offer a free of charge collection & delivery service from your home or work to make the process as hassle free as possible

New Brakes Supplied & Fitted
Wheel Straightening
Often a wheel can have a buckle caused mainly by pot holes, especially in the current state of our roads in the uk.
This can cause issues with the tyre and sometimes be dangerous. We offer a wheel straightening facility where the tyre is removed and placed on our machine to remove the buckle.
Alloy Wheel Refurbishment
Alloy wheel refurbishment encompasses different processes, including:
Powder coating – This process involves refurbishing the entire wheel, allowing for total colour changes or matching the original finish. Specialist ovens and equipment are used to remove old coatings, repair damage and corrosion, and apply a new finish. Powder coating provides a durable and exceptional finish.
Diamond cut wheel refurbishment – Similar to powder coating, this method includes using a diamond cutting lathe to achieve a distinctive finish. A thin layer is removed from the wheel face, resulting in a diamond cut wheel appearance.
Power Coating & Wet Spraying
The wheels are then taken to the preparation area where they are gently sanded, rubbed, prepared and filled if required to give the edges etc a smooth finish.
The wheel is then heated to remove any air, oils contaminates (de-gas the wheel) and the first stage powder coat is applied and baked for a set time, depending on the wheel condition and the colour chosen we may powder coat a second time then bake and finally lacquer.
The tyre will be re-fitted balanced and wheel and tyre fitted to your car and torqued to the manufacturers setting.
Diamond Cut Alloy Wheel Refurbishment
The final process is the wheel to receive a clear lacquer coat and oven baked again for further re-coating. There is a limit on how many times a wheel can be re-cut.
Callipers Painted
Callipers can be painted, in a colour of your choice and a full-colour selection can be sent or shown to you.
A discounted price is given to customers who are getting their wheels re-furbished as the wheels are already off therefore saving time for our staff.
New Tyres Supplied & Fitted
We obtain discounts from our tyre suppliers and can quote competitively for new tyres to be supplied & fitted.
Wheel Welding
We offer a service to weld an alloy wheel that has a crack and will save you money on a replacement alloy wheel.
Each wheel is different and some wheels are beyond repair and customer safety is always put first.
This service can be carried out in a day with a cost of £70 plus VAT.
